This 8-Week workshop will guide you through the foundation of the instinctive eating cycle and empower you to eat confidently, to honor & trust your hunger, to stop eating when you are comfortably satisfied, to identify your triggers to non-hunger eating urges and open up space/time/energy to live your full and abundant life!
