Operation Christmas Child Project Leader Worshop

You are invited to the Fredericksburg area’s Operation Christmas Child kickoff event for the 2024 shoebox collection even next Sunday, September 8th, at 2pm at Salem Baptist Church. Whether you are a project leader, shoebox packer, or don’t know much about Operation Christmas Child and want to know more, we would love for you to join us! Even if you have attended a workshop before, you will not want to miss this one!
For this year’s Project Leader Workshop we are changing it up a bit! Have no fear – the message of the shoebox will still remain front and center! Our theme this year is “Beyond the Box.” As an area team we want to share with our local Project Leaders the importance of the heart behind the shoebox that you, your church or your group is packing. We want to share with you what happens with your shoebox after you have prayed, packed, prayed again and dropped it off at your local Drop Off Church. Lastly, our Area Coordinator Abigail Cooke will be sharing with us about her recent trip to Paraguay with Operation Christmas Child to help distribute Shoeboxes to children. We will have snacks, prizes and shoeboxes for all who attend!
There is no RSVP required, but if you know you will be attending it would be great if you could send a quick response so we can plan accordingly. Last minute planners are welcome regardless and we hope to see you there! If you have questions feel free to contact us at the numbers below.
