I am suffering from depression. This has been going on for a few months now. I hate myself and I am randomly reminded of my past regrets throughout the day. I feel guilty about my past actions. I want to make it all stop. I try to get myself to read God's Word but I feel like I can't.
I am also stressed out with the summer semester that I'm currently in. It'll be over in two weeks but it has already taken a toll on me. I have thinning hair due to stress now.
Please pray that I'll find peace and joy in Jesus again, finish the semester with good grades, and that my mind will be healed and cleared from negative thoughts.
