Dear God, please help me to find a way to have a good and positive relationship with my top administrator (supervisor's supervisor). This person is at a high level in the organization and this person seems full of anger towards me and I don't know why. I have had folks say to me they think it is something personal this person has against me and they don't "get it" either. I can't imagine what that would/could be. Please pray that this person's heart softens and opens so that we can come together and develop a good working relationship. I love my job and I work hard. Amen.
