Please pray for my son, Curtis. After 15 months of job-searching during Covid shut-downs, he finally got a job. It is an excellent opportunity both as a career itself, or as a stepping stone. Even as he is being trained, he is struggling to overcome the overwhelming feelings of a new job and the thought that he will not be competent or even "good enough" to learn what is required, a lack of self-confidence, a lack of self-esteem, and the doubts that this job is the right field for him. He also struggles with the physical effects of Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 8, which feeds the inferior thoughts he has about himself. He made his profession of faith and was baptized at the age of 11. Now, at age 28, he struggles to reconcile how his physical problems can align with God's perfect Will, and to find God's presence and peace in his life, and God's purpose for his life. Thank you, all.
