My husband’s business is short staffed, 14 people short. Has business taking care of special needs adults. It is taking a toll on those trying to make up by working lots of overtime.
Also, my 9 year old daughter struggles with self deprecating thought. She tells herself she is worst person and not lovable. She is extremely hard on self if makes mistakes with school work or extracurricular classes. She worries a lot.
