Afghan Refugee Collection

WPER is highlighting local churches and organizations in our listening area that are collecting supplies for the Afghan refugees that are being rehomed in our area. We are asking that you donate diapers, formula, wipes and pack n plays to the locations listed below.

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.” Matthew 25:35

Drop Off Locations:

Charlottesville, VA 22902 (our office entrance is on 7th Street).

There is a loading zone on the corner of 7th St. and Market St. for donation drop-off.

Donations may be dropped off:
Monday 11am-3pm
Tuesday 1pm-3pm
Wednesday 1pm-3pm.
