“Dear Heavenly Father, bless this food that it may nourishing to our bodies.” Those are the words I’ve said in my prayer at meals for YEARS – since I was a kid! I hadn’t given much thought to it, it was just something my parents taught me to say. But hearing Tim Hawkins talk about how we pray over meals is pretty eye opening!
