This week we’re talking again with Christie Dondero-Bettwy with Rock Recovery! This organization does incredible work with people struggling with eating disorders, particularly as they are “in between” care – such as transitioning from a place where they’re receiving treatment as they head back home to be back in their usual environment. With back to school season here, there is an increased need to be aware of the signs that may indicate disordered eating, and Christie unpacks all of that as well as ways the community can help the efforts of Rock Recovery.
