Can I please have prayers for my son and his wife plus my daughter. My son married my daughter’s best friend almost two years ago and now they are headed for divorce because his wife has feelings for my daughter. I don’t know if my daughter feels the same because I can’t talk to her about it since my son confided in me and asked me not to. But my daughter and my daughter in law have been spending a lot of time together lately. They are all adults but my daughter still lives at home and my daughter in law just spent the whole weekend here. I’ve had a bad feeling for weeks now about my son and all of this but my husband kept saying I was overthinking it all. I spoke to my son about it all today and I was spot on in my suspicions. Please pray and please give me any advice on how to handle all of this with my daughter….she has been really distant lately. My faith has been shaken so please pray for that as well.

I feel very broken. The last several years has been caring for a parent who is battling a long illness and is near the end of it. Praying for a child with a serious drug addiction who now is a parent themselves. Watching them struggle has been extremely painful. A spouse who also has alcohol dependency. I’m not sure what more I can do. I pray constantly, I talk until I am blue in the face, I cry, I beg God for mercy. I am lost in my grief. I know I’m not to worry and give it to God and I try but I’m failing as the stress and worry consume me. I wonder why I have to continue to endure this torture of watching those I love suffer so much. I am weak.
